A simple shaped shawl made with just one skein of hand dyed sock yarn makes a lovely statement without a lot of complicated stitches or charts. Makes a great gift.  Taught by Michele Polster

Beginning knitting — $24–2 sessions…. Wednesday Evenings October 1 and 8, 6 to 8 PM Learn all the basics of knitting! From the very beginning of casting on to binding off a completed project, you’ll learn what you need to know to become a knitter! Projects will include a practice swatch sampler that can become a handy wash cloth. Pattern and yarn included. Taught by Betty Krahn
Beginning socks–$24—- 2 sessions….. Tuesday evenings 6 to 8 PM…..September16 and 23,
A class for those who want to learn to knit socks in the traditional manner. A nice class for those with basic knitting skills. Taught by Michele Polster
Scrumbling –$35—- All day September 27. Free form knit and crochet is a great way to use up your stash. Learn this non-traditional technique and let your imagination go! Basic knit and crochet skills required. Taught by Michele Polster

Learn the basics of mitered knitting and see how much you can do with it! Taught by Michele Polster

Circular Lace Washcloth $24 2 sessions….. Tuesday evenings 6 to 8 PM…..October 7 and 14
Want to challenge yourself, but not too much? Try this circular lace washcloth with a knitted on border. A nice lace project, and in a quick to finish size. Intermediate knitting skill required. Taught by Laurie Lotz

Please note:
All classes will be limited to six students. Minimum of 4 students. All classes must be paid and registered in advance. Dates are set, no refunds if a student misses a session. In the event of bad weather, we will notify you of cancellation, and reschedule at the next available date.
